尊敬的社會(huì)各界友人、全體公司員工：
根據(jù)國(guó)家商標(biāo)總局下發(fā)的商標(biāo)受理通知書顯示，我公司申請(qǐng)注冊(cè)的商標(biāo)“周二婆”也獲受理。現(xiàn)就相關(guān)事宜通告如下：
一、“周二婆”的圖文、漢字、漢語拼音、英文翻譯文字，現(xiàn)我公司已通過中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)家商標(biāo)總局合法途徑取得合法保護(hù)。
二、上述文字及圖形現(xiàn)為我公司注冊(cè)商標(biāo)備選項(xiàng)并已依法取得TM標(biāo)示權(quán)，為我公司合法知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)和無形資產(chǎn)。
三、在未經(jīng)我公司書面允許的前提下，自2019年10月9日起凡使用周二婆字樣的商品和標(biāo)示均屬侵權(quán)行為，我公司將保留追索賠償?shù)臋?quán)利。在2019年10月9日前已使用的周二婆字樣的商品，請(qǐng)商品持有者于本通告發(fā)布之日起30日內(nèi)主動(dòng)召回更換商標(biāo)標(biāo)示或請(qǐng)主動(dòng)聯(lián)系我公司相關(guān)部門，取得商標(biāo)授權(quán)使用證明。
四、本通告自發(fā)布之日起生效，不逐一送達(dá)。

According to the Trademark Acceptance Notice issued by the State Trademark Administration, the trademark Zhou Repo applied for registration by our company has also been accepted. The following is the announcement concerning the relevant matters:
I. The pictures, Chinese characters, Chinese Pinyin and English translations of Tuesday Mother-in-law have been legally protected by our company through the legitimate channels of the State Trademark Administration of the People's Republic of China.
2. The above words and graphics are now our company's registered trademark options and have obtained TM labeling rights in accordance with the law. They are our company's legitimate intellectual property rights and intangible assets.
3. Without the written permission of our company, since October 9, 2019, all goods and labels using the words "Tuesday mother-in-law" are infringements. Our company will reserve the right to claim compensation. In the case of Tuesday-mother-in-law commodities, which have been used before October 9, 2019, the holder of the commodity is requested to voluntarily recall and replace the trademark marks within 30 days from the date of the issuance of this circular, or to contact the relevant departments of our company to obtain the certificate of authorized use of the trademark.
4. This Circular shall take effect from the date of its promulgation and shall not be served one by one.
